Why Should I Hire A Wedding Planner/ Coordinator?

There is a huge amount of work involved in planning a wedding, so many little details to take care of! By bringing on board a professional planner you have someone to take some of the workload off our hands, so you can focus on really enjoying the process. It's a common misconception that hiring a wedding planner means outsourcing your entire wedding, but that doesn’t have to be the case. A wedding planner only handles what you want them to. We can be involved as much or as little as you want us to be, providing support at the start to get you on the right track, day-of-event coordination only, or of course the full works. Other benefits include, help with budgeting and scheduling, and advice on dealing with tricky situations that may arise.

Roseline Events is a one-stop-shop for wedding and event planning. We are very flexible and can help with literally every aspect of your event, from full all-inclusive planning to venue styling and decor hire. We have been in the events industry since 2009, so we have a lot of experience and a great network of contacts and vendors that our clients can make use of. We are a family run organization, and we pride ourselves on our personable and friendly approach. At Roseline B we are true romantics at heart, we are passionate about what we do. We like to get to know our clients well, really understand their vision and work hard to bring it to life.

How early should couples start to plan their wedding or hire a wedding planner?

As soon as possible after the engagement. The earlier you start, the more likely you are to secure your ideal venue and vendors. Some service providers can get booked up very early, so get started as soon as you’ve set the date.

What type of packages do you offer?

Basic Event Plan, Day of Event Coordination, All Inclusive Wedding Planning and Venue Styling & Decor Hire. We can also put together a bespoke package if none of the standard packages are a perfect fit.

How much do your services cost?

Each wedding is unique, so it really depends on what services are required. We can provide very general prices for standard packages and services, but following an initial consultation call, we would put together a bespoke itemised quotation and proposal.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire and we serve clients all over Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Greater London.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and credit or debit cards via Stripe & PayPal.

How do I book a date with you?

By filling out the contact form on our website, emailing or calling us. We will schedule a free, no obligation consultation with you to find out more about your requirements.

Will you work with vendors we select, or only those you recommend?

We are happy to work with your preferred vendors, however we have a contact book of amazing vendors that we work with regularly if you need some referrals.

Why should I spend money hiring a wedding planner when my friends or family can do it for free?

Whilst it’s great to have input from friends and family, a planner/coordinator is an investment in ensuring that your wedding day flows flawlessly and seamlessly, taking the stress and duty off of you and your family and friends. More than likely your friends & family will want to be able to fully enjoy being a part of your day and celebrating with you.

Where does most of your business come from?

Most of our business comes from referrals from past clients, other vendors, and wedding venues. We also get bookings from people who have seen our posts on social media and online advertising on sites like Hitched, AddtoEvent, Wedding Wire and Eventsense.
